RETURN POLICY

At MYSURFCO™, we will always adopt a fair and reasonable approach to deal with any product returns as your satisfaction is most important to us.

We offer a "No-Questions Asked" Returns Policy for any delivered product which is faulty on arrival and unused.

For Australian Customers: All MYSURFCO™ products shipped to customer(s) may be returned to MYSURFCO™ within 7 days from the original purchased date. The customer is responsible for paying all charges incurred in returning and for arranging and paying for the shipment of any products(s) back to MYSURFCO PTY LTD. The customer is strongly advised to contact MYSURFCO™ via email at info@mysurfco.com prior to arranging the shipment, warranty claim and/or returning any purchased product(s).

If you wish to return a product that you believe is faulty or defective, we will deal it under warranty claim. Please refer to our Product Warranty page for information.

Unless specifically stated in the sale and/or order contract, you may return your purchased products within 7 (seven) days from the original purchase date, with your receipt/tax invoice, provided that:

•   The products have not been assembled (in case of particular goods such grip, surfboard) and are unopened in their original packaging; and
•   The products have not been altered or modified or damaged in any way; and
•   The product(s) is in resalable condition (i.e. the original tags and labels are still attached in original condition, and the item is unworn, unused and as sold)

Exchange will be given where products are significantly unlike from a sample shown to you, or incorrectly described/labelled. For any exchange, our standard free delivery policy will apply. If refund is offered, MYSURFCO will charge a restocking fee to accommodate costs involved to bring back the returned product in our inventory systems for resale.

In normal condition, we do not give refunds or offer exchange on products sold with 50% or more discount even if the product is in their original condition if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. However, MYSURFCO™ may, in its absolute discretion, issue store credit valued at (purchased price – restocking fee) which can be used to purchase our brand products within 3 (three) months from original product purchase date. The delivery of product(s) purchased with store credit will attract standard delivery fee paid by you.

For any product returned to MYSURFCO™ either for refund or exchange, will belong to MYSURFCO™ and becomes property of the company. For such product, MYSURFCO™ has the right to sell, rent, lease, or destroy the product at its own will.

For International Customers: Unless otherwise stated in other policy, legal documents or terms and conditions governed by MYSURFCO PTY LTD, the standard return policy for any products is NOT applicable to MYSURFCO™ products shipped to any country outside Australia. The customer(s) will be liable for shipment charges. In addition, the customer is responsible for paying all charges incurred for arranging and paying for the shipment of any products(s) back to MYSURFCO PTY LTD. International customers are also responsible for all custom duties including export/import charges, GST/VAT, and related government taxes and charges.
